Special screening event featuring the First Encounter documentary

DeadCenter is hosting a special screening event featuring the First Encounter documentary on Saturday, June 13, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the OKC Museum of Art. The event is called Native Storytelling and features Zach Garcia, Glenda Galvin, filmmakers (multimedia team), plus Choctaw artist D.G. Smalling and a Kiowa filmmaker.

Immediately following the event, there will be a reception at Exhibit C in Bricktown.  D.G. Smalling’s art will be on display, and Zach Garcia will provide music.
